FAVOLA MORESCA
Extra virgin olive oil, obtained from the Moresca varieties and cold extracted in the company oil mill.
Features:
the olive that blushes and knows how to enchant. A delicate extra virgin, but which amazes for its strong character.
Processing:
the olives are harvested at the beginning of the oil campaign in early September, in advance of the veraison in the area bordering the sea in the province of Syracuse. They are milled within 12 hours of collection, to ensure the best quality of the final product.
Pairings:
the extra virgin olive oil from Moresca has a light fruitiness and we recommend it preferably on fish dishes, raw and grilled vegetables.
Storage:
store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
